A custom ERP platform for centralized head-office management and branch operations at Erick Trading LLC.

the problem

Connect head-office administration and branch operations through a shared system for business workflows and reporting.

approach
  1. Designed the architecture, PostgreSQL schemas, administration portal, and branch portal.
  2. Built responsive React dashboards and secure NestJS APIs with Prisma and JWT.
  3. Integrated AWS S3 document storage and Docker infrastructure, and supported staging, deployment, and maintenance.

  • ✓ HRMS, recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave, and shift rosters
  • ✓ Inventory, procurement, accounting, expenses, and marketing
  • ✓ Role-based access, screen permissions, and multi-level approvals
  • ✓ Facial-recognition attendance, PDF/Excel reports, document management, and PWA capabilities
outcome

Developed the platform from scratch and continue to support business workflows, production troubleshooting, and feature enhancements.
